At SheetFactorys, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with our AI spreadsheet automation tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all subscription purchases within 14 calendar days. However, to prevent system abuse, refund requests are only eligible if the account has consumed under 50,000 AI tokens within the 14-day guarantee period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@sheetfactorys.com with your account email and order details. Our payment processor, Paddle, will process the refund to your original method of payment. Approved refunds are issued in USD (or your local purchasing currency) and typically take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
