2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all subscription purchases within 14 calendar days. However, to prevent system abuse, refunds may be denied or prorated if a user has consumed an excessive amount of AI credits or API processing volume during the 14-day window.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@sheetfactorys.com with your account email and order details. Our payment processor, Paddle, will process the refund to your original method of payment. Approved refunds are issued in USD (or your local purchasing currency) and typically take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
