1. Subscription Auto-Renewal

SheetFactorys services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual cycles). By subscribing to a premium tier (Pro or Business Plan), you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis. All payments are billed in advance of the corresponding subscription term.

2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order processing, recurring invoicing, customer checkout, and tax calculation flows are conducted and reseller-managed by Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. They handle global tax compliance, local VAT adjustments, refund disbursements, and customer receipt generation. When purchasing, your card statement will display charges originating from Paddle.

3. Cancellations & Term Retention

You may cancel your SheetFactorys subscription at any time directly through the Settings Page of your account hub or by requesting cancellation via email. Upon cancellation, your premium plan limits and tools will remain fully active until the end of the current pre-paid billing cycle. We do not offer prorated credits for partial billing periods.

4. Quotas, Credit Policies, and Price Adjustments

GSquare Labs reserves the right to modify subscription fees, alter active package scopes, or introduce credit consumption quotas (such as query caps or processing credits) in future billing cycles. These changes may be introduced to reflect operational cost fluctuations (e.g. LLM provider API fee rises) or to maintain infrastructure integrity. Any recurring billing modifications or limits implementation will be communicated to you at least 30 days before taking effect.

5. Failed Payments & Grace Periods

If a recurring payment fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or bank holds, Paddle will attempt to retax the card over a 7-day retry window. During this retry window, your account remains active. If the payment is not resolved by the end of the 7-day grace period, your workspace will be automatically downgraded to the Free Tier.

6. Refund Policy Alignment

All subscription purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you decide that SheetFactorys does not meet your needs, you can claim a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date by emailing support. Refund processing typically completes within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank provider.
